Effective from: 18 May 2026 Operator: Ovysion Technologies Ltd, registered in England & Wales under company number [COMPANY NUMBER], registered office [REGISTERED ADDRESS].

These terms govern your use of the website at ovysion.com. They are deliberately short. For terms governing the Delia product (subscription, fees, SLAs, data processing), see our Delia Service Terms.

1. Acceptance

By accessing or using ovysion.com, you agree to these Terms of Use and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be highlighted on the homepage for 30 days before they take effect. The current version always applies; the "Effective from" date at the top reflects the most recent change.

2. What this website is for

ovysion.com is the corporate website of Ovysion Technologies Ltd. It exists to:

  • Describe who we are and how we work.
  • Present our products, including links to product-specific sites such as delia.ovysion.com.
  • Allow you to contact us, learn about openings, and start a conversation with our team.
  • Demonstrate, where you choose to engage with the embedded Delia widget, what our product looks and sounds like.

This website is not the place where you can purchase, configure, or operate Delia as a customer. That happens on delia.ovysion.com and in the customer dashboard.

3. Information on the website

We take reasonable care to ensure information on the website is accurate at the time of publication, but we do not warrant that it is complete, current, or error-free. Pricing shown on our product pages is indicative and the binding price for any customer is the one in their executed Order Form or subscription agreement.

Nothing on this website constitutes:

  • An offer to enter into a contract (you make the offer; we accept it when we issue a written confirmation or invoice).
  • Legal, financial, medical, or other professional advice.
  • A representation or warranty about results you might achieve with our products.

4. The Delia widget on this website

ovysion.com hosts an embedded voice assistant — Delia, configured for Ovysion. By clicking "Talk to Delia" you will be shown a separate AI disclosure modal that asks for your specific consent to begin the call. Use of the widget is subject to that disclosure and to our Privacy Policy.

The widget is for demonstration and brand-assistance purposes. It is not a customer support tool for paying Delia customers — those customers should use the support channels listed in their service agreement.

5. Intellectual property

All content on this website — including the design, code, copy, illustrations, the "Ovysion" name, the "Delia" name, our logos, and the orbital and gold marks — is owned by Ovysion Technologies Ltd or licensed to us, and is protected by intellectual property law.

You may view, link to, and share pages of this website for personal or business research purposes. You may not:

  • Copy, republish, or systematically extract substantial portions of the site for commercial use.
  • Scrape, mirror, or use automated tools to access the site at scale without our written permission.
  • Use our names, logos, or marks in a way that suggests endorsement or affiliation we have not agreed to in writing.
  • Reverse-engineer or attempt to circumvent any technical measures protecting the site or its widgets.

Press use: journalists may use our brand assets in good-faith reporting; the press kit at /press (forthcoming) describes the standard.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Use the website for any unlawful purpose.
  • Submit content via any form on the site that is unlawful, harmful, defamatory, infringing, or contains malware.
  • Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the site, its servers, or any account.
  • Use the embedded Delia widget to inject prompts intended to extract our system instructions or to test for security flaws; if you are a security researcher, contact security@ovysion.com first.
  • Interfere with the operation of the site (e.g. by sending automated traffic at a rate likely to degrade service for others).

We may suspend or terminate access for any user who breaches these conditions, without notice and without liability.

7. Third-party links

The website may link to third-party services (for example, our sub-processors' websites, our recruiting platform, or external press coverage). We are not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or terms of those sites. Following a link is at your own risk.

8. Disclaimers

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

  • The website is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind.
  • We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
  • We do not warrant that the website is free of viruses or other harmful components — though we take reasonable steps to keep it so.

Nothing in this clause limits anything that cannot be limited under English law, including (but not limited to) liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraudulent misrepresentation.

9. Limitation of liability

Our liability to you in connection with your use of this website is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law. We will not be liable for indirect, consequential, or special damages, or for loss of profits, revenue, business, opportunity, goodwill, or data, arising out of your use of this website.

Where you are a consumer in the UK or EEA, this clause does not limit any liability that cannot be limited under applicable consumer protection law.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales have non-exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from these terms — meaning you may also bring a claim in the courts of the country where you live if you are a consumer.
