1. Nature of AI Services

Ovysion Technologies Ltd develops and operates artificial intelligence systems, including:

• Emma — an AI-powered conversational operator accessible via the Ovysion website
• Delia Concierge — a voice AI concierge product deployed on behalf of business clients

Both Emma and Delia Concierge are AI systems. They are not human. While they are designed to provide helpful, relevant and accurate responses, they are subject to the inherent limitations of current artificial intelligence technology.

2. AI Limitations — What You Should Know

You acknowledge and accept that:

• AI systems can make errors, produce inaccurate information, or misunderstand context
• Outputs from Emma and Delia Concierge are generated by machine learning models — they do not constitute professional advice of any kind
• AI responses may be incomplete, outdated or not applicable to your specific situation
• AI systems may generate responses that appear plausible but are factually incorrect — commonly known as "hallucinations"
• The quality of AI output depends on the training data and configuration it has been given
• AI systems do not have legal, medical, financial or professional qualifications

3. Not Professional Advice

Nothing communicated by Emma, Delia Concierge or any other AI tool operated by or on behalf of Ovysion should be construed as legal, financial, medical, technical or any other form of professional advice. Always seek guidance from a qualified professional before making decisions based on AI-generated content — especially in high-stakes contexts.

4. Delia Concierge — Deployed for Business Clients

When Delia Concierge is deployed by a business client ("Operator") on their own website or platform, the AI responds based on the knowledge base and configuration provided by that Operator. Ovysion is not responsible for:

• The accuracy or completeness of product or service information provided by the Operator
• Business or purchasing decisions made by end users in reliance on Delia's responses
• Statements made by Delia that fall outside the Operator's configured knowledge base
• Actions taken by end users based on Delia's suggestions or recommendations

5. No Guarantee of Availability or Accuracy

Ovysion does not guarantee that Emma or Delia Concierge will be continuously available, error-free or current. We reserve the right to modify, suspend or discontinue AI features at any time without notice.

6. Your Responsibility

You are responsible for how you use AI-generated outputs. You must independently verify any information provided by our AI systems before acting on it — particularly in contexts involving financial, legal, health, safety or business matters. Ovysion assumes no liability for decisions made on the basis of unverified AI output.

7. Limitation of Liability for AI Errors

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Ovysion Technologies Ltd shall not be liable for any loss or damage — direct, indirect, consequential, incidental or otherwise — arising from your reliance on outputs generated by Emma, Delia Concierge or any other AI system operated by or on behalf of Ovysion. This includes, without limitation, losses arising from AI errors, omissions, misunderstandings or "hallucinated" content.

8. Ongoing Development

AI technology is rapidly evolving. We continuously work to improve accuracy, reduce errors and expand capabilities. However, no AI system is infallible. By using our services you accept this as an inherent characteristic of the technology.

9. Reporting Issues

If you encounter a factual error, harmful output or unexpected behaviour from any of our AI systems, please report it to: legal@ovysion.com. We take all such reports seriously and use them to improve our systems.
