To the fullest extent permitted by law, Ovysion Technologies Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising from your use of our services — including damages resulting from reliance on AI-generated outputs, loss of data or business interruption.
Our aggregate liability shall not exceed the total fees paid by you to Ovysion in the twelve months preceding the relevant event, or £100 where no fees have been paid.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Ovysion Technologies Ltd, its directors, employees and agents from any claims, damages or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your breach of these Terms or misuse of our services.
